How are the times calculated?

We follow each country's official timetable or method, and show the source level under the times.

Times are in the city's local time with daylight saving applied automatically, and the Hijri date follows the Umm al-Qura calendar. If you notice a difference from your country's adopted timetable, report it above.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Fajr or Isha differ from another app?
Because apps follow different calculation methods. We follow your country's official authority by default; you can change the method in Settings.
Do the times account for daylight saving?
Yes. Each city uses its official time zone, and clock changes apply automatically on their day.
What is the Isha delay in Ramadan?
In Saudi Arabia, Isha is later in Ramadan per the Umm al-Qura calendar, and we apply that automatically. Other countries change nothing.
